Windows Vista Home Premium RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have an HP Pavillion laptop that is 4-5 years old.  Since January, I keep getting a message that I do not have an authorized copy of Windows Vista Home Premium, and I am directed to a page where I am asked to buy new software.  This laptop came with Windows Vista installed.  I don't know what to do and HP was no help.  I really don't think I should have to pay for tech support to solve this problem.  Windows functionality is diminished as well.  Is there a Microsoft department that can help with this
