Pictures stuck on Stage 1

  I recently purchased AutoCollage 2008 and have successfully created 5 collages. However, my most recent group of pictures continues to be stuck on Stage 1 - loading pictures. I've reduced the number of pictures and rebooted my computer but nothing is working. Any advice?
