I have a bit of a small question maybe someone can help.
In CRM I have a user specified who when I test with the 'load data' tab, everything works fine, and occasionally within CRM he does in fact receive emails, but only some. And thats the problem... ie he not receiving all his emails in CRM.
In the Email router log file I see that the email in question is in fact being validated to be delivered to the correct queue, but when I go in the actual queue the email is not there.
Is there some form of filtering / rule system in place that blocks certain emails from entering the appropriate queue?
