Reinstallation of connector software fails RRS feed

    I have just rebuilt one of my PCs and now the connector software won't complete installation. I get as far as trying to input the Server password and every time it says that the password is incorrect, which it isn't. I can access WHS from my other machines no problem. Any advice would be helpful.
