Team Members group permission

Question
-
Hello! I have Project Server 2013 with ProjectPermission Mode enabled.
Then I add user to default Team Members group. But he can view only some (not all) projects in project center. When he goes by direct link to project schedule, get access denied error.
Another issue in another PWA, that Team Members member can view all projects in list but can't open any of them. Also, common access denied message.
When checking granular permissions on Team members, all seems to be ok (all defaults are checked).
Isn't group permission "Team Members" enough for that? Why some projects are available, others are not? I didn't change any project permissions in any particular project. Just add users to Team members group.

Hi Lehus,
It's a default behavior of project server. If you are using Default Team Member group then you need to modify the category(mainly and security permission for group OR
you can create your own custom Team member group and provide permission.
Please do the required changes for default group:
1.In the PWA, under the quick launch bar click on Server Settings.
2.On the Server Settings page, under Security click on Manage Groups.
3.On Manage Groups page click on Team Members.
4.Under Categories section, click on My Tasks. Under Permission for My tasks Allow “Open Project” permission.
5.Under Global Permission ensure “New Project” is enabled.
6.Click Save button.
__________________________________________________________________
1. Team member can not view all the project in project center. Team member can only see Project in which they are present as team member.
2. Team member can not open project and edit it. Only Project Manager and above can open the project from project center.

Thanks for detailed explanations!
But what i've done (your question, part (2) ) now is add user to built-in Project Managers group.
User isn't present in project. This is just an empty project. And user can't see project in project center. Does this a right behaviour?

Hi Lehus,
Normally View Project is driven by RBS under Category.
All the project manager which falls under same level of RBS can see the project but project manager which falls under different RBS level would not be able to see ( Dependson RBS permission). At the same time if you will add any project manager in the team of Project then they will be able to see the project.
