  • Jonathan,

I understand the inconvenience you are currently experiencing and would like to provide you with additional information and some we have made available for our customers to address the issue you are currently experiencing.. Please follow the steps outlined below as it could either resolve your issue or, if need be, provide us with additional information to determine the cause of this issue.

Your Office 2003 Pro installation is showing as Non-genuine Status (Office status=114 means non-genuine). If this comes as a total surprise to you, again please go back to where you purchased Office 2003 Professional and let them know it is a non-genuine copy and request they immediately reimburse you and/or provide a Genuine Copy which was originally paid for.  In any case, please uninstall the non-genuine version because there could be problems with the non-genuine version of the software purchased.
Also, if  you have all the media and COA stickers, etc, you can submit a counterfeit report @ http://www.microsoft.com/piracy/Reporting.mspx which may qualify you for a FREE copy Office 2003!  I would still urge you to at least report this to MS so they can follow up with them (and they do not disclose the name of the person who made the piracy report). This may help prevent others from being impacted by this going forward. If all the above steps fail you can create a free WGA Support incident using our On-line Assisted support option here:
http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?&c1=509&gprid=9860&. Hope this provides valuable information to resolve your issue. Please re-post here if you need further assistance.

  • According to your MGA log, your installed copy of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 is a Volume License version with a blocked license.  Please contact your Microsoft Volume Licensing specialist for assistance.
