-
I have an HP with Vista, and has Office 2007 Home and student preinstalled as a trial. I purchased the liecence from Digital river & put the code in but it will not complete the installation.I then uninstalled OfficeH&S, reinstalled a trial from digital river when through the conversion again with the same results, now it will not uninstall nor convert or activate.
Office diagnostics comes up with nothing.
here is the MGA report,
no "Resolve" button dose not apear so I need some help , I'm also getting the run around between MS & Digital river
Thanks Jeff
