Listed in MSN using 'site:http://www.sitename.com' but not in natural search results RRS feed

    We've had the same problem for about a year now, we show up when you specifically type in 'site:http://www.sitename.com', unfortunately this is not the way our customers search for us on the Internet.

     

    We submit our site to MSN at least twice a month and still no search results. Very frustrating when we rank high on Google and Yahoo and our site is like 9 years old (new design and code). I did read in the forum that MSN/Live is having a big problem with their algorithm, that may or may not be true. Still we wait, and wait...

    You are correct, I can't handle Japanese. Are your results getting better or are they the same?

    Same here. One of my blogs (http://syoshii.blog52.fc2.com/) is younger than yours, about 3 month old, and looks listed by using "site:URL", but doesn't show up in natural search result at all in every main keyword contained in that blog. Instead, a lot of spam sites show up, most of which looks like adult sites and actually nothing to do with those keywords.

    I update the blog and submit the sitemap every day, and in other search engines such as Google and Yahoo I can find many pages from this blog by a natural search, but nothing in MSN.

    The biggest keyword in that blog is "鳥居みゆき" ...I don't know you can handle it because it's Japanese word.
