    so i installed windows 8.1 on my computer a couple months ago and could not for the life of me remember the password, last night i had to install microsoft office for some work and so i had to create a new account with a different email address, is there any way to join both of these accounts to make this information more readily available?

    Create a ticket with Microsoft from your portal.

    But if you are just using it as a private user, then you shouldnt expect too much help.

    We had this case for a customer with 100+ users a while ago, and there wasent anything they could do.
