CRM 2011 IFD, 404 not found issue with one user RRS feed

  • Hello!

    We have deployed CRM 2011 UR11 with IFD (ADFS and CRM seperate servers) and we have published CRM IFD via TMG. We have single user (for other usrs deployment works fine) which has not renamed in the AD and which can't access CRM via Outlook and IE.

    1. IE errror: 404 error
    2. CRM outlook client error: Access denied when connecting to discovery URL

    Please help to solve the problem?

    p.s.- 1)  for testing purposes I have disabled the ADFS credential cache, this was without success.

    p.s.- 1)  for testing purposes I have disabled the ADFS credential cache, this was without success.

    Fixed the isue by myself- I was created the ne user in AD, assigned to CRM user, and then assigned back old user.
