Invalid Access code MCP Member Site RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I am having an issue on the MCP member site it is requesting for my MC ID and the Access Code and inputted below details.

    MC ID: <removed>

    Access Code: <removed>

The MC ID was provided by my Regional Support Center while the Access code was emailed by mswwprog@microsoft.com. Please kindly help to give me the correct access code so that I can proceed to the mcp member site I want to see my progress on my certifications. (I recently passed the 70-410)

Lastly, I also tried to request a temporary access code but it gives me an error

"We were unable to send your accesscode. Please try again later."

    Thanks,

    Paul

  • Hey Paul,

I saw, it should send you an email containing a link to reset your password.

About the face mail takes longer (average from my experience this day - two days but in practice they are prescribed more), so if it's urgent that you you're welcome to call them (they answer very quickly), and will issue you a new code at the moment

Telephone numbers are listed link (https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/help.aspx) I sent you before,

If you're having trouble click on the "SHOW ALL" one above countries.
Then it will present you with e-mail addresses and telephone numbers in any area of contact.

just look for the best place near you. Call routing system Select "certificates"

Please Mark This As Answer if it helps to solve the issue

Already sent an e-mail to msscsea@microsoft.com I am not sure if that is the correct e-mail to send my concern.

    Thanks,

    Paul
