We have an on-premise CRM install which, for the most part, works as intended. (Dynamics CRM 2015)

After Windows update and restarting, ALL Outlook clients can no longer log into CRM. CRM from IE works as intended. The time on all of the servers is matched and correct. The services are running.
The last time this happened it seemed to fix itself right in the middle of an MS support call as it's baffling me as to why this happens. Only after a restart and not on every occasion.
Question: is there an order to the Services? Something else that I need to restart or check? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
