Windows deactivated after anytime upgrade?

Question
-
Hi,
I reinstalled my windows 7 today due to an upgrade from 32 to 64 bit. Averything seemed to work and my Hoem Premiumx64 activated. I used my anytime upgrade key to upgrade to ultimate. The key was accepted and windows was upgraded, But now it says windows is Deacivated and I can't seem to activate it with my Home Premium Key.
Note: The Home premium key was the key medion gave me using the Windows 7 upgrade plan (Vista to 7)
Edit: I forgot to include the Diag report:

Check the key again, the key ending in P4K27 is an SLP key, for dell the key on he sticker should be completely different. Check your paperwork and packaging.

THe key (Windows Product Key: *****-*****-X92GV-V7DCV-P4K27) is an OEM slp key that cannot be used for online activation. Please double check your anytime upgrade COA and key, or the invoice/email from MS store for the proper key and enter that key and attempt to activate.

Hi carl_OH, the product key is the key Medion gave me with the 7 upgrade program, After buying an nytime upgrade key everything worked fine.
I did this on my 32 bit more then 10 months ago and it worked fine. Now when I reinstall/upgraded to 64 bit it doesnt work. So does it mean I lost my licence or is it just useable on Home Premium?
