I cannot see users in MS CRM 2013 ONline that I have added licenses from Office 365 RRS feed

  • I am trying to add additional users to my trial of MS Dynamics CRM.  I have gone to the Office 365 user/groups area, turned on the license for the users.  Then come back to the Dynamics environment and gone to Settings Administration Users and they do not appear.  I have read the documentation in the users guide a dozen times and it makes no sense to me.

    I cannt figure out how to assign their Security Role.  I set the users up in a security group on Office 365 but that did not do anything.

    I am sure I am missing something relatively stupid but...

  • I found the cause.  When I established the site I selected a Security group for the members and had not placed the members in the group. Removing the security group from the sync setting corrected the issue.
