retreiving back up files

I did autimatic back up of my file via One Care....I am trying to access the folders and it tells me "Windows can not open the folders. Access to compressed (zipped) folder F:\Windows One Care Back Up\2008\Part 866.ZIP is denied"

How do I get access to the files that I have backed up? I especially need my Turbo Tax 2008 records.

You can use One Care to restore the files. If you no longer have One care installed you can use the One Care Backup Restore Tool to restore your backups - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecarebackupandrestore/thread/e5d686c8-762b-4b22-bc08-bfb93f911e57
