Has anyone encountered this particular problem before? All other pages in the application are working perfectly for the same NT / CRM user. I have rollup 2 and 4 installed on the server.

  • Solution from Microsoft was to replace the file %programfiles%\microsoft crm\server\applicationfiles\treesubject.xsl that was installed in Rollup 3 with the version from the original install CD in the folder \pfiles\mscrm\server\applicationfiles

    This solved my problem.
