  • Please correct your domain sender score and reputation by making sure you are not sending spam to internet

check for proper SPF, DKIM, DMARC and RDNS etc

Check if your sending IP is not blacklisted.

Make sure you are not letting your users to send bulk/mass emails outside.

  • Hi,

What is the NDR that you received from yahoo? It may could help us to know why your emails cannot be sent to yahoo.

If you make sure your domain is blocked by yahoo, you need to confirm and check from the yahoo side: Help for Yahoo Mail, then wait for the update from them.

    Regards,

NDR that you received from yahoo

Remote Server at mta7.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.74) returned '451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from **** temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts.

I have sent a blacklist removal request to yahoo(Yahoo! Bulk Sender Form.).but no response
