The most current redistributables for Windows Live Essentials can be downloaded by going to
http://www.windowslivehelp.com/ then choosing the Messenger Portal link (URL
http://www.windowslivehelp.com/product.aspx?productid=2), then under the section titled "Microsoft Certified Solution Categories" choose
the Download or Installation Failure link. The next webpage you will arrive at will list have a variety of options, you want to click on the link that says "How do I install Windows Live Essentials 2011 without an internet Connection?." This will
lead you to the current latest edition releases of any Live Essentials Redistributables in any language. I have not posted the link since they change with each release.
Hope this helps. Please don't rely on soemone who just did a quick search engine query...the link lehenryjr gave is for an older edition, and is not the way to go about getting the item you want.
