  • Hi Latha91. You can better ask this question in the Windows 7 forum in stead of this one. I see you have already posted several there as well. Also please give your questions a clear description. Like Windows 7 blue screen or something like that. In that case more people will look at the issue (and with more specific skills). Perhaps a moderator can remove this thread from this forum. The threads on the Win7 forum will still be there.
