apparently not activating my onecare subscription? RRS feed

  • I bought a OneCare disk, entered my product key online to activate it, and now OneCare is telling me I'm not subscribed. When I re-enter my product key it tells me I've already done that. Now what?

  • Don't re-enter the product key. Use the Live ID and password originally used to subscribe if you haven't already done so. It may take a day or so for your subscription status to display correctly in One Care.
