Which tool for Teamplace regular backup ? RRS feed

    Hello,
    I haven't found any post about Teamplace folders.
    Actual Synctoy 2.0 doesn't work with Teamplace folders (we are using SharePoint Server 2007).

    I am only a end-user who want to have an offline copy on my laptop... which tools can I use ?

    Hi there,

    Not sure about Teamplace but SyncToy supports syncing down from Sharepoint but not up.

    You can sync in one direction by setting up an Echo relationship. So syncing down from Sharepoint would mean making the share point folder the left folder and the other drive the right folder in a folder pair relationship.

    Hello,
    I re-verified, because we migrated to a new Teamplace version
    ...but still doesn't work: Synctoy doesn't accept folders starting with Https://

    Your local drive will not accept folders with ':' or '/' in the name.
