changing accountID for Technet account RRS feed

    i want to change the email i login with to this account, now im using email like: laure...@hotmail.com, i want to use another email to log in here. i tried going to http://account.live.com/   but when i clicked to change the id this error came up:

    Your Windows Live ID can't be changed

    Your Windows Live ID can't be changed at this time

     

    Please help
