#26090 - An error occurred while opening mailbox , while configuring the Email router with MS CRM 2011 online RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    i ahve onine MS CRM.

    while configuring Email Router , Out going works but incoming does work, even if its success in the test access.

    i got the below error in the email router server event log.

    #26090 - An error occurred while opening mailbox XXXXXXX@hotmail.com. Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.EmailException: An error occurred while executing POP3 command "STAT". The server response was: "-ERR Exceeded the login limit for a 15 minute period. Reduce the frequency of requests to the POP3 server.".

    please advice , if anyone has faces this issue.
