Complex Sales/Pricing Process RRS feed

  • Hi all, I am trying to build the opportunities section of a customers CRM system but their sales/quoting process is quite complicated. They are a sports coaching company and their prices vary on the time of day a customer wants to book their services/how many coaches are required for the booking and the number of hours that their customer wants to book. So there are multiple variables for calculating the price to give to a customer. This is then given to the customer in a quote, preferably filled in via a mail merge with the booking details. This may even have to include the days of the booking, would this be better to include in the contract rather than the quote?

    Can anyone help point me in the right direction to implement this or offer a simple solution to the way this needs to be calculated please?
