I have already renewed my subscription and it's telling me to renew again? RRS feed

  • I've already renewed my subscription and it's telling me to renew again.  Like literally it says my subscription is good until 4/4/2010 when I open OneCare, yet I have a red warning telling me my subscription has expired and to renew it.  This is absolutely insane.  I've looked everywhere for support.  Why on earth is there not a phone number to just call and have someone fix this?

    [removed] is my email.  I'm not going to put my password, unless an admin asks for it in private.  Please fix this ASAP.  There is zero reason for this to have happened.

    If your subscription to OneCare shows incorrect or expired in OneCare

    • Check your PC date and time. If it is incorrect, change it and restart the computer.
    • Check your subscription status by logging in with your subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com
    • Confirm that this is the same LiveID shown to be the Subscription ID in OneCare - Help/About…
    • Open OneCare and click "Check for Updates" to have OneCare check for updated credentials

    If your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.
