Hello,
The TechNet Wiki Forum is a place for the TechNet Wiki Community to engage, question, organize, debate, help, influence and foster the TechNet Wiki content, platform and Community. Please note that this forum exists to discuss TechNet Wiki as a technology/application. If you have a question about another technology (such as Windows), you can ask in another forum. If you're unsure which forum, a Bing search often works the fastest or ask here: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/whatforum/threadsHowever, I'd ask in the Windows 7 forum on Microsoft Community.

That's happening due to codec.
Which file are you trying to play?
Download and install codec and recheck the issue.
