  • The BONUS PACK offer is available only for certain eligible genuine Windows Vista and Office 2007 systems in the U.S. The offer must be redeemed in the U.S. It is only valid for Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Ultimate, Office Professional 2007, and Office Small Business 2007 with one of the part numbers on this page or purchased through one of the PC builders listed on this page: http://promotions.newegg.com/microsoft/bonuspack/FAQ.htm

  • Dear Sir or Madame,

This program is only available for those within the United States. Are you located in the US? Was your machine purchased within the US?

    Thank you,

    Jenifer

  • Jenifer,

I did purchase this computer in the US in 2004. I am currently on a 3 year tour in Japan. I am sevring in the US Marines. Please let me know if this disqualifies me. Thank you for your help.

  • Hi Scott,

I apologise for the delay in response - I have been researching this for you. Unfortunately it appears that with the type of system you purchased you would need to redeem the bonus pack offer from the US as our system cannot validate that your machine was purchased in the US.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or comments.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer

  • Hi Scott,

I think we may have found a way to confirm that your system was purchased in the US. Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer
