Unfortunately, OEM Licenses usually die with the motherboard, unless it's replaced under warranty conditions - you can try activating by phone and speaking to an operator, but the chances are that unless you are very persuasive, you will not get activated.

I suggest you try reactivating by telephone:
Activate Windows 7 manually:
1. Click Start, and in the Search box type: slui.exe 4
2. Press ENTER on your Keyboard
3. Select your Country.
4. Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

A different motherboard makes your box a new computer for licensing purposes. OEM licenses cannot be transferred from one motherboard to another unless the mobo is a repair replacement. A repair replacement is made by the manufacturer and must be the same model or the manufacturer's designated replacement for it. A mobo selected by you is an upgrade replacement and will require a new full license copy of Windows. The reason for your making the replacement does not matter. The only thing that matters is whether or not the new mobo is the same as the old as defined by the mfg.

OK - repair was well under warranty - PC less than 3 months old.
Have been able to recertify (if that is the correct description) on the new motherboard - all is well

Glad to hear it - please post a new MGADiag report, so that we can check the details.
