CRM 2013. Scenario to update records newly created by system RRS feed

  • Hi

    Have a plugin which parse emails to cases. The new cases are automatically created with System owner.

    The task is to automatically update this newly created records depending on some their attribute values. I need to create plugin which will be do that. Standard workflows could not get some required data.

    Which scenario i need to use to create the plugin? Which Message, Pipeline stage and Execution mode will be correct for the plugin?

    Yes , you can create a plugin on Post-Create of Email Activity where you can convert it to Case depending on whatever scenarios you need.

    create a plugin on email create.

    in the plugin can u check the email direction is receive and start plugin flow
