Speech Server 2007 development edition RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I've installed Speech Server 2007 development edition, but trying to run voiceXML example via "Visual Studio - Voice Response Debugging Window" I constantly get error "ProtocolError..(405) Method Not Allowed".

Speech Server and Dev Studio are installed on the same machine. I've added localhost as a SIP Peer and as a Trusted SIP Peer as well.

Any help would be very appriciated.

    Thanks,
    Gennady

  • XP or Win2k3?  You shouldn't need to add a Sip Peer in order to use VRDW, though it should be harmless to do so.  Is this a new error, or have you always got it?  Have you received any warnings regarding ASP.Net 2.0 vs. 1.1?  Check that the IIS virtual directory for your application is configured for v2.0.  Also, try killing aspnet_wp / w3wp.

  • It's Win2k3 system.
IIS virtual folder is configured to run with .Net 2.0. As part of preparations I've also run aspnet_regiis.exe -i from C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727.
