hi, my dad has a assus transformer t 100 tablet that came with windows 8.1, or windows 8. i helped him to upgrade to windows 10, and he is having an issue, he downloaded adobe reader dc, and every ttime, he downloads either several options, epub, mobi,
pdf, and another option, every time he tries to open a pdf or a document, so he does not have to be connected to the web, to read it in his browser, google crhome, it comes up with all characters, and gobble rubbish. any ideas. he is trying to download documents
from http://www.jw.org, is it the site, or the format, they have the publications in . any ideas. i am stratching my head, i have a toshiba satellite pro c-50-a, and apart when i had to reinstall a couple of times, one, was upgrading the jaws for windows screenreader,
and when i rebooted, no screen colour, and a screetching noize, so had to go back to windows 7, and then upgrade to win 10, then i lost my network and internet connection, and have to roll back to windows 7, then upgrade to windows 10, that was about 4 months
ago, and have had no issues since, able to use the desktop, all apps, and get the latest updates. so any ideas. marvin.
