How can a chinese student for Imagine Cup use the Azure free ?

  I have sighed up the Imagine Cup and verified my student identity,however my  Azure account has no subscriptions.
  

  I have consulted the Microsoft for my problem. 

  I was told that the previlege was NOT open to Chinese students by now and suggested that i would ask for help about Imagine Cup account here.
