Hi,
I’m trying to configure a CRM Outlook client with offline access.
Every time I try to go offline, I am getting some general CRM error "error has occurred" (not always),
And then the CRM is getting stuck between offline and online. (I can’t see any records offline, but I can’t go back to online either – the button on the tool-bar
shows “Go Offline”).
I Am working at a Service Provider Environment (with rollup 10),
And it appears that this problem is on more than one organization.
If it’s any relevant, all the CRM organization on this server are configured with the same language
base (not English), while on another server
where all the organizations are in English – there isn’t a problem.
Any suggestions?
