    Hi Bob,

    This forum is for developers to discuss writing their own Windows Store apps. For questions about using Windows 8 please post in http://answers.microsoft.com . For questions about specific apps such as the Facebook album exporter you will need to ask the authors of the app. There should be a support address on the app's page in the store.
