Windows 7 Not Genuine Message

Question
-
HI, I have recently started getting the Windows 7 not genuine message; the machine was bought with windows pre-installed a year or two ago. I have read other threads and run the MGADiag Report (see below). I had looked this error up looking for a fix and done the SLMGR-REARM but this didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Ah - good :) (the driver details, I mean!)
Reboot the machine, then
Open Device Manager
Navigate to the AMD SATA Controller and open the Properties for it
Click on the Driver tab
Click on the Uninstall button - if you get the option to completely remove the drivers do NOT take it!
The system will almost certainly say that it cannot do this without a reboot - accept it, and reboot.
On the reboot, the system will start installing drivers - open Device Manager, and see what drivers it has installed.
Then reboot again.
Now run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -
Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194
(you want the iata_enu.exe download)
Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

Hi Noel, it won't download saying the signature is invalid, something else that has popped up lately. However, that was on IE but it did on Google chrome only to say that the computer does not meet the minimum requirements to run the software or words to that effect. I looked to see what processor the laptop has and it states 300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, 1300 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s).
I do admit it's not the best choice I could have made.

My fault - I should have checked first... this appears to be an AMD processor and chipset?
In that case we'll go to the second option first, and come back to the drivers if this fails.
Please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt
NET STOP CRYPTSVC
REN C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CATROOT2 CATROOT2OLD
NET START CRYPTSVConce complete, leave the system alone for at least an hour to rebuild the database, then reboot, and run another MGADiag report and post the results.
Note that this may delete your Update History - but all updates will remain installed, and can be viewed in the Installed Updates listing.
Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

Things are going to get a little complex now - I haven't tried to go through this procedure with anyone previously, so I'm feeling my way around how best to do it
Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command - post the results
REG QUERY HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\IDE
Also, please list all the Device Manager entries under the heading
IDE/ATA/ATAPI controllers
Open the properties for each entry, and let me know the title of the General tab, and the file date and Provider for the Driver tab, and which buttons are available on that tab to be clicked on (not greyed out - and the Driver file details file path and name.
Sorry I can't be more precise than that - like I say, this is a bit of a first :)

Ok, latest update... five minutes ago I had a pop up in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, didn't quite catch what the whole sentence was but it did say that drivers had been installed. Two mins later I had a blue screen with white writing (not good, I know) saying that Windows had encountered a problem and was shutting down to protect the computer.
This is just not my day.
