Your computer was manufactured 3 years before Windows 7 was released – and yet the installation of Windows on this machine purports to have been installed by the manufacturer. This install is not now and never was valid on any machine except that with which it was first installed and purchased with. You will need to either purchase a legitimate Full Retail copy of Windows 7 Ultimate, and then use the Key from that to make this install genuine, or revert back to the original OS using the manufacturer’s Recovery system for that machine.

To add to Noel's comments, you cannot use the recovery software from your brother's newer computer to avoid having to buy Windows 7 for your older one. The Windows that shipped with his computer is not transferrable to any other.
