Ms Dynamics 2011 Outlook plugin "crm disconnected" problem

  Hello  ,

  In my company , we use Ms. Dynamics software.

  My problem is about outlook plugin. I can install outlook plugin successfully. But when i try to click any button on plugin , an error appears. It says "crm disconnected". I try to reinstall the plugin. But problem wasnt solved. I can use crm from ie , everthing works fine. But from outlook plugin , i couldnt use any button. I hope somebody know how solve this problem.
