Remote access

Question

Hello,
I have two computers installed with my HP EX470. I can remote access all of them but the one that has Vista Ultimate installed. It says on the remote access page that the computer is available for connection but when I try to connect I get that message "Cannot connect to your home computer. Check your network connection and make sure your home computer is not blocked by a firewall. If your home computer has recently restarted, try again in a few minutes."
I am able to connect to another computer that has windows xp pro installed no problem. I have the ports open on my router that is suggested and I have the ultimate machine set up to allow remote connections. I do have Trend Micro Internet Security on the Ultimate machine but I have set the firewall ports to open on that as well.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,
Port 3389 TCP (Remote Desktop exception) is enabled in the Firewall? (Btw. I rarely trust a 3rd party software firewall to do that stuff right.)
In the Remote Desktop settings on the Vista client, did you allow connections with every version of RDP client?
If you try to use the RDP client from the server desktop directly, would this work?
Best greetings from Germany
