cannot install windows updates RRS feed

    Onecare is telling me that i have to install windows updates.....i go to the site, updates download fine, but will not install.....screen tells me update failed....no error code, just failed.  i have 14 updates that will not install (all related to office 2003).....and the little one care symbol stays yellow.....what do i need to do???   help.

    My response provided you with two links. The first takes you to a site with common problems and solutions for Windows Update and also includes a link to contact support for Windows Update, which is free.

    The second link is for reaching OneCare support. If you have tried that, you should have an open case with support or you are awaiting a reply from OneCare support.
