I received the following error messages in standard boot as well as all the safe boot options.
Svchost.exe - Application Error
The exception Priviledged instruction (0xc0000096) occurred in the application at location 0x7750c039.
Click OK to terminate the program.
Click Cancel to debug the program.
Winlogon.exe - Application Error
The exception Priviledged instruction (0xc0000096) occurred in the application at location 0x7750cbc4.
Click OK to terminate the program.
Click Cancel to debug the program.

The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc00000096 (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shutdown.
Not able to try the suggestions on many posts due to this type of failure - never get to the Start menu. What are my options for recovery?
PLEASE HELP!
