transactionCurrencyId needs to be supplied to format a transaction money field: error when sending emails in SLA RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a SLA on Case(CRM 2016) which is to be run on created on date and send a warning email after a certain time. But when it is about to send an email it encounters an error(snapshots below).
    The error message is "transactionCurrencyId needs to be supplied to format a transaction money field". Currency field is already set on Case.
    Any help on this is appreciated.

  • I think, we need to edit Email template to fix this issue. Try below steps and hope it resolves the issue:

    1. Navigate to Email Templates
    2. Double-click the template that you want to use.
    3. On the Template page, click Insert/Update A Data Field Values dialog box will open.
    4. In the new window, Data Field Values, click Add to add more values to the list.  Another new window will open, called Add Data Value.
    5. Click to select the check box for the Currency field.
    6. Click OK.
