    How can i use live onecare to help me with the my stalling computer

  • I don't know what you mean by stalling, but if you mean that it is slow, there are many things that can cause this and OneCare can't address most of them.

    You may have an underpowered system for the programs you are running, or you could have conflicting programs running.

    If this began after installing OneCare, you may not haveremoved conflicting security software from the PC before installing OneCare.

  • What does one do when Microsoft Equipt is the cause of the problem.  My computer is less than two months old.  It worked fine until I installed Equipt.  Then its performance slowed to a crawl.  I uninstalled it and the performance was fine again.  I reinstalled Equipt and, once again, my computer is performing terribly.

    I suspect that you may have conflicting security software on the PC as OneCare is part of Equipt. You should contact support for help -
