How can i get the results of the tests that someone made in the course

I have to make an eLearning and i have to identify the people who participate. And in the end, depending of the results of the tests that he made let him print or no a certificate. And i have to know who participate. Someone have any idea of how to do this ?

I'm not familiar with Moodle. You might want to try the Moodle support http://moodle.org/ for this question.

I know on Microsoft's SharePoint Learning Kit (http://www.microsoft.com/education/slk.mspx), you can assign people to take the training.
