Hi,
It depends if which IVR or IP Telephony system are using in your call center, most IVR/IP Telephony vendors provides builtin adapters/CC Interface Apps for Dynamics CRM including Avaya, Genesis etc.. (http://www.amctechnology.com/solutions/Avaya_solution.html) or even you can use free CRM 2011 Customer Care Accelerator to develop CC integration applications (http://pinpoint.microsoft.com/en-us/applications/customer-care-accelerator-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2011-12884914795)

Avaya and Genesis both are preffered market leaders :) we have used deployed in our deployments and have the best experience with them.

Hi Jehanzeb.Javeed, thanks for your reply.We have no call centre ,we recently decided to integrate it with crm, so what can you advise us to obtain(avaya, genesis etc ...).
