Hi,
The reason I'm configuring email router with POP3 is to receive incoming emails. I did not really undertsand what you meant by
scenario/requirement.
I have tried editing the registry key and yes the checkbox was then enabled, but when I enter the username and password and come back into CRM E-mail Router and click on
Test Access, I receieve another error
Incoming Status: Failure - The E-mail Router service configuration parameter “Emailuser” is missing. This parameter is required.
Again, I did mention the username and password. More over it was the CRM administrator user and his user record has the primary email ID field populated.
What am I missing here?
Best Regards,
Gagandeep Singh
