Disabling Pop-Up Blocker for Dynamics CRM RRS feed

  • the pop-up blocker appears every time I open Dynamics CRM window from Outlook in spite of my adding the recommended test to allow the pop-up.  I've even turned off the pop-up blocker and can not diasbled it.

    I'm using IE8

    Eventually the Dynamics window opens but it is slow and requires extra clicking.

    have a look at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/970632/en-us ("A Microsoft Dynamics CRM window was unable to open, and may have been blocked by a popup blocker."). There are two workaround for this problem you can try.

  • I've also seen 3rd party browser toolbars block CRM as well (ie. Google toolbar). It gets confusing for the user because its not always evident which program is doing the "blocking".
