Off Topic:problems since noticing this in protection log....

Lately, every time I turn on my computer, I get these messages in my open-access protection log file...
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe Anti-virus Standard Protection
revent IRC communication 192.168.0.1:6666Since I have been noticing this I've also been running in to problems with my PC's performance. Does anyone have any ideas? I have updated my virus scan and it found nothing on a full system scan. I tried clearing out my temp files and quarantine to help the issue also.
On a side note, I've noticed a very weird occurance. When I'm connected to the internet I'll get random music, radio stations, or talk radio coming through my speakers. I haven't noticed anything unusual running in the processes. I've never run in to this problem before so if you have any suggestions I'd appreciate it. it's getting quite annoying.
