cannot validate microsoft office 2003 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I hate this this Genuine Advantage Program.  I did this only as an update to my NEW USED COMPUTER. I am Disabled and cannot afford a new puter. My sister bought this puter from a company that refurbishes computers and then resales them.  My receipt states that I have a bla bla computer with microsoft office 2003 installed.   I had to reformat and install all the software again and ever since then it tells me my Office 2003 is not validated..   NOW YOU WANT ME TO BUY ANOTHER OFFICE PROGRAM> WHICH THE FIRST PROGRAM HAD A VALID LICENSE>   AND MY PROGRAM IS 7 YEARS OLD I would understand if it was a new or pirated program but to me  my sister paid for the rights to this program when she bought a refurbished computer or the program should have never been put on the computer for resale.    WHAT IS MICROSOFT IN NEED OF THAT MUCH MONEY THAT THEY NEED TO SCREW US POOR PEOPLE!!!!!

Note to Carey:  If a thread is in the wrong forum, please don't move that thread when someone has already posted a link to the proper thread. Take this thread as an example, we have a thread were Dan has told the OP he posted in the wrong forum and he needs to post in the Office Forum but this thread is now in the Office forum. It tends to be confusing for the customer.
