Windows Live Tags

  I'm surprised that out of the box the lastest version of Live Writer 2009(14.0.8050.1202).  Doesn't have Windows Live Tags preset.  As a Tag Provider along with all the others, Technorati, LiveJournal etc.  I've seen them popping up more and more over the different bits of live.com.   However no preset support in Live Writer, for another Live system!  Are the different teams talking to each other?  I know this is a small example.  But when you move around different parts of "Live" these inter-team communication issues are causing larger problems for the Live vision.  :(
