  You should have a recovery partition - check your manual for details.

  If the partition has been removed, then you can purchase Recovery media from Toshiba.

  You could also use retail media to clean install Windows - see the tutorial here...

  I have windows 7 Home Basic product key that came with my Toshiba laptop. My  OS is now replaced with Windows 7 ultimate. I want to Download and install Home Basic. Please Help me
